I ordered a pair of shoes from shoeline.com, but the fit wasn’t right, so I ended up sending them back. The return itself was straightforward, which I appreciated, because nobody needs a complicated shoe return situation.

The refund just took a little longer than I was expecting, like around two weeks after they got the shoes back. Totally fine, obviously I was very calm and not checking my account every day or anything. Customer service did answer when I reached out, so that helped, but yeah, it would be great if refunds moved a bit faster.

I ordered a pair of shoes from shoeline.com and ended up needing a bigger size. Sending the original pair back was simple, so I thought the exchange would move along without much trouble...
After that though, it just kind of dragged. I waited longer than I expected for an update, and the tracking details weren’t super helpful. I did email customer service and they responded, but the answer was basic and didn’t really tell me much...
The new pair eventually showed up, and they were fine, but the whole thing felt like more work than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, just slower and more annoying than I was hoping for...

I was trying to buy a pair of shoes and the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card info. I had to refresh the page and type everything in again, and even after it finally went through I was sitting there wondering if I’d been charged twice. Definitely not the smoothest experience

I ordered these from Shoeline because the price was better than the other places I checked, who doesn’t like saving a few bucks? The shoes arrived just fine and were exactly what I was expecting. Nothing super fancy about the whole process, but does it really need to be? I got a good deal, didn’t feel overcharged, and I’d definitely buy again if I find another pair at the right price.

These shoes fit perfectly right out of the box. No breaking-in period. No sore spots. Just comfortable from the first wear

Shoeline gives you the basic info on most shoes, they usually list things like the material, fit, and sole. I liked having the pictures there too, but some pages still felt a little thin, especially when it came to sizing and comfort. I could get a general idea, I still had to guess a bit before deciding. Overall it’s not bad, just could be clearer and more useful...

I ordered these from Shoeline one evening while I was sitting on the couch, mostly because my old shoes were starting to look rough. I went with my usual size and they fit just right, no weird sizing issue or having to guess. i was relieved because I really didn’t feel like dealing with a return. Happy with them.

i mean, I did get a decent promo code, so that was nice. Some of the sale prices still didn’t feel all that cheap though. It’s okay overall if you’re patient and wait for a better deal...

I was a little disappointed with Shoeline. I went in expecting a decent range of brands, but the selection felt limited compared to other shoe sites I’ve used. They had some of the usual basic names, but not much if you’re trying to find something a little different. The prices seemed fine, but after browsing for a while and not finding many options, I started to feel less confident that this would be a place I could rely on. I’ll probably check other sites first next time

I don’t know, these shoes are kind of just... fine. The quality isn’t terrible or anything, but it also doesn’t feel amazing. They’ll work for casual wear, but I wouldn’t say I’m super impressed

I’ve bought from them before and usually like the selection, so I kind of want to stick with them, but this delivery made me second-guess it a little. It didn’t take an unreasonable amount of time, but it definitely wasn’t as fast as I was hoping. The tracking updates were also slow, so for a while I wasn’t really sure when the shoes would show up. They arrived in good condition, which I appreciated, but I do wish the delivery process had been quicker and a bit more reliable.

I had a question about my shoeline.com order and was fully convinced I’d be waiting forever, but nope, they got back to me way faster than I expected. Like, absolutely no doubt, it was one of the quickest support replies I’ve gotten.

The person who answered was really nice and actually paid attention to what I asked. It did not feel like one of those generic copy-paste replies at all, which I 100% appreciated.

They got my issue sorted without making it complicated, and I’m completely happy with the whole thing. I’d definitely order from them again, no question.
